Trustie Co. is a general contractor that provides property maintenance for property managers, real estate investors, and homeowners across Orange County. We're growing fast and looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. You'll get a company vehicle, tools, and steady work with a team that values initiative and good craftsmanship.

PAY & BENEFITS

$28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience

Company vehicle and tools provided

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Handle general repairs like carpentry, painting, and drywall
Fix flooring and minor concrete issues
Repair lighting, plumbing, minor electrical, and doors and locks
Inspect properties for equipment issues or safety hazards
Keep job sites clean and safe
Write basic estimates for time and materials
Take initiative and get the job done without being micromanaged

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication skills
Comfortable working with tenants and other team members
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
